To be more Ada-terminology correct write "subtype" for "type". Also
write "An initialization expression (possibly absent)" for "Initial
Value (possibly null)" in order not to blur the distinction between
syntactic objects as expressions and semantic objects like values. In
figure 2-1 "Initial Value" should be substituted by "Expression".

2-2.  Note, however, that "Expression" was changed to "Initial
Expression" in both figures.
