Interface Summary (ASIS.Errors and ASIS.Exceptions)

These two sections seem contradictory. The discussion of the Errors
and Exceptions paragraph in the Interface Summary indicates that there
is a mapping (presumably close) between the two packages. However,
Section 1.1.5 seems to describe two completely different classes.
