General references to the International Standard should refer to Ada,
rather than to Ada 95. Where it is necessary to differentiate between
different versions of the Standard, such as in the Introduction, the
text should refer to "the 1995 International Standard" and "the 1987
International Standard" informally, or to "ISO/IEC 8652: 1995" and
"ISO 8652: 1987" formally.
