!discussion Organize the narrative of the ASIS package hierarchy
either by alphabetical, lexical, or section number order. Alphabetical
order is easier on the eye, but section number order corresponds to
Ada source. Rationale: It would appear more clear and organized.

It is also recommended that a table be provided as a cross-reference,
which shows the alphabetical order and it corresponding section
number.

The packages should not be presented in either alphabetical order or
by section number, but rather in the order to best understand the
relationship in the context of the overall ASIS interfaces.  However,
as suggested, a table is provided, showing the numerical order of the
packages and their corresponding section numbers in section 1.1.2.

Use of the index should satisfy the requirement to find the packages
in alphabetical order.
