!discussion Ada language manual references (RM) are not always easily
identified.  This leads to confusion, specially when the reference is
to another section of the ASIS document. The numbering scheme of the
ASIS document and RM are similar, it is very easy to miss the RM 95
marker in the comments.

All references to "RM" have been replaced with "Reference Manual".

In many places, references are provided in tables (in the commentary)
and the term "Reference Manual" is clearly placed at the top of each
table.
