To: ASIS-Officers@SW-Eng.Falls-Church.Va.US (asis-officers) Date: Wed, 11 Dec 1996 14:25:06 -0500 (EST) Cc: roby (me) X-Mailer: ELM [version 2.4 PL25] MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Length: 649 Status: OR All, As we performed a review over the ASIS specification at last week's ASISWG meeting, I noticed that the specification contains some commentary code which includes definitions of terms which I don't think are included in the Glossary. Should these terms be included? I just performed a search over the source and the following terms are present: ANCESTORS of a unit; DESCENDANTS of a unit, SUPPORTERS of a unit, DEPENDENTS of a unit, FAMILY of a unit, NEEDED UNITS of a unit, CLOSURE of a unit (used common definition). For those that aren't in the Glossary, should they be? If so, should we use what's in the specification source? Clyde
