For conformity with the corresponding Ada subtypes, Asis_Natural and
Asis_Positive should be defined using the last attribute rather than
making the upper bound implementation defined:

   subtype Asis_Natural is Asis_Integer range 0 .. Asis_Integer'Last;
   subtype Asis_Positive is Asis_Integer range 1 .. Asis_Integer'Last;
