Local Transportation
Transportation between the Omni Shoreham Hotel and major DC attractions
is easy, using a combination of walking, the Metro, and taxicabs.
Taxi and bus service is available between downtown and each of the three
area airports: Baltimore-Washington
International Airport, Washington
National Airport, and Washington-Dulles
International Airport. There is also a Metro station at Washington
National Airport. Since the SIGAda '98 hotel is close to
the Woodley Park Metro station, and there is abundant public transportation,
busing will not be provided for conference events.
