At the cut-off date, Omni Shoreham Hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale. Any reservation received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.  At the cut-off date, Omni Shoreham Hotel will review the reservation pick-up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations on a space available basis at the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) group rate after this date.

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS

Your reservations should be telephoned directly to the Omni Shoreham Hotel Reservations Department. Requests should go directly to the Omni Shoreham Hotel at (202) 234-0700.  It is very important that you use this number, and that you identify your affiliation with ACM SIGAda '98 in order to receive the preferred rates.  Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

All reservation requests must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Omni Shoreham Hotel will not hold any reservations unless guaranteed by one of the above methods.

*Reservations by attendees must be received on or before October 25, 1998 to guarantee availability at the advertised rate.
