Online Registration Website!
Online registration does NOT handle payments!
At the end of this online registration, you will be instructed to
print out the payment form. You can then either MAIL it with your
check or credit card information to the SIGAda Registration address,
or FAX it with your credit card information to the SIGAda Registration
FAX number.
However, the data you enter online is automatically entered into the
SIGAda 2000 Registration database, marked "Pending Receipt of
Payment". We thank you for assisting us with conference planning by
expressing demographic information as well as your tutorial selections
and preferences for conference tracks/sessions
along the way.
There are several steps to the SIGAda 2000 online Registration process.
- Step 1: Registrant Information (Optional: Join ACM and/or SIGAda -- Save Money!)
- Step 2: Selection of Tutorials
and Preference for Conference Tracks/Sessions
- Step 3: Selection of Registration Costs
- Step 4: Payment Computation and Method of Payment
- Step 5: Review to Confirm that Information is Correct
- Step 6: Payment Form to Print and Mail or FAX to SIGAda Registration
- Step 7: Final Submission of Registration Form
You are not registered for SIGAda 2000 until we receive your payment!
Registration occurs only when you mail or FAX your form with payment
by check or credit card!
Each of the above steps is further explained in detail below.
- Step 1: Registrant Information
- You will enter information about yourself for registration.
If you're currently not a member of ACM and/or SIGAda, you can
indicate that you'd like to join, and we'll help you save money!
- Step 2: Selection of Tutorials
and Preference for Conference Tracks/Sessions
- You will enter information about your selection of the
several excellent tutorials we offer this year.
You may also mark your preference for the several quality
sessions that are available in the conference tracks.
- Step 3: Selection of Registration Costs.
- You will see the costs for Registration for the Conference;
please select the appropriate box. You will also see that
the costs for the Tutorial(s) you selected has already
been calculated for you. Both these costs are based upon
whether or not you are a (perhaps new) member of ACM and/or SIGAda or
of a sponsoring or cooperating society, or a student; and
whether or not you are PAYING On or Before
the cut-off date of October 27, 2000. In addition, you will
have the opportunity of purchasing additional copies of the
Full Tutorials CD-ROM Proceedings as well as
additional tickets to the Tuesday Evening Reception.
- Step 4: Payment Computation and Method of Payment.
- You will see the complete cost information summary prepared
especially for you from the selections you made earlier.
This includes the Registration costs for the Conference and
any Tutorials you signed up for as well as any additional
copies and/or tickets that you've purchased. If you are
joining ACM and/or SIGAda at this time, those costs will also
be shown. You will be given the opportunity to tell us how
you are going to pay for everything: by check or by one of
a selection of credit cards.
- Step 5: Review to Confirm that Information is Correct.
- Please review the information shown on this page very carefully.
If anything is incorrect, go back to previous Step(s) and make
any corrections.
You may want to print this page out for your own records.
- Step 6: Payment Form to Print and Mail or FAX to SIGAda Registration.
- Although we do not currently perform online electronic payment
of the necessary conference costs, we give you your
personalized payment page. Please print this out and
mail it to the address shown near the bottom of the page.
You may also want to print out a copy of this page for yourself.
When you see this page, your information has been stored in
our registration database. The Registration Number
assigned to you can be used to update your address information
as well as your Conference Tutorial selections at a
later date, if you desire.
- Step 7: Final Submission of Registration Form.
- A confirmation page will show that you have successfully
registered for SIGAda 2000. In addition, you will be emailed
a copy of your registration and payment information.
