LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
The Sheraton does not provide free airport shuttle service. However, APL has a discount arrangement with a company called Airport Shuttle. The rate to/from Baltimore-Washington International airport (BWI) is $18 (one way) for the first person, plus $5 each additional person to the same destination. To use this rate, individuals should call +1.800.776.0323 three to four days before intended arrival, and provide their flight information.
Reservations can be made 8am to 10pm, seven days a week.
Airport Shuttle also serves Dulles International (IAD) and Ronald Reagan/Washington National (DCA) airports. Their special APL rate is $67 for the first person plus $5 each additional person.
APL has discount rates to and from destinations other than the Sheraton
& APL to/from BWI for $22.
For rates to/from other destinations, individuals should contact Airport
Shuttle and indicate that they want the Applied Physics Lab discount.

| Due to the distance between the Conference Hotel and the Conference
Venue at JHU / APL, Shuttle busses will be provided to transport Conference
attendees between the two sites.
