In the comment paragraphs for type Context, the mentioned ASIS
declarations are cased quite differently, e.g. "ASIS CONTEXT", "ASIS
context" and "ASIS Context" can all be found. Choose one standard.

The term "CONTEXT" (in all capital letters) was removed.  The usage of
"Context" as a type and of "context" as a regular English word has
also been checked.

A search was also done for other uppercase words; a number of these
were found and corrected.

Changes were made to ASIS version 2.0.M.
