It is not defined what the query Mode_Kind returns for an access
parameter. It seems that the result should be An_In_Mode to fit the
comment in section 3.11.1(3).

Note that the ASIS reference "section 3.11.1(3)" should be to "section
3.11.7", which is now "Subclause 3.9.7".

A_Default_In_Mode vice the suggested An_In_Mode is returned for an
access parameter.

Changes were made in ASIS version 2.0.M, Subclause 13.12.
