It is not clear what is intended should happen to the Introduction.
It appears that paragraphs 1, 2 and 5 are suitable for including in
the Standard, and that paragraph 5 is intended as such, whereas
paragraphs 3 and 4 are not. Paragraph 3 contains much material that
does not necessarily translate internationally, such as "FY90" which
appears to assume a primarily US audience.

Paragraph 3 was deleted.  Paragraph 4 was removed from the
Introduction and integrated into the Rationale (Annex D.2.5, "Benefits
of ASIS Standard").
