In Memoriam

Peter Amey

Peter Amey passed away on 3 April 2008 after a long and courageous battle against cancer, which he documented in his usual lucid and witty style on his website (linked above).

Please join SIGAda in expressing our condolences to Peter's wife Gill,
his son David and daughter Laura.

Our thoughts and prayers are with them all at this time.

  • About the SIGAda WWW Home Page

ACM SIGAda is the Special Interest Group on Ada, a part of ACM. SIGAda is a powerful resource for the software community's ongoing understanding of the scientific, technical and organizational aspects of the Ada language's use, standardization, environments and implementations.

This WWW server is our latest effort to help expand the software development community's knowledge of and accessibility to Ada information. We want to make this the one stop for information on both SIGAda's current activities and on the Ada language and community at large.

This home page is maintained by Clyde Roby (ACM SIGAda Secretary) and John McCormick (past-ACM SIGAda Secretary) with the assistance of the SIGAda working groups on their pages. Comments, suggestions or questions can be addressed to:
